Payment and Billing

Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit card and must be received in full 3 working days prior to the course start date. A one-week tuition deposit must be paid immediately upon booking by credit card or by bank transfer. No new bookings will be received after Wednesday for programmes starting the following Monday. A booking confirmation will only be sent when the full payment has been received. Bank details are provided on the invoice. Payment must include all bank transfer charges (including intermediary bank charges).

Cancellations

You have the option to cancel your Company membership at any time, without obligation. However, please note that cancelling before the current subscription period ends does not warrant a refund of any already paid subscription fees, except in specific circumstances. Access to all enrolled products will cease upon cancellation, with reinstatement possible upon new subscription, resetting the billing cycle accordingly. Cancelling subscriptions through third-party accounts may be required for some users.

Stoppage and Discontinuation

You agree that We may in Our sole discretion and at any time terminate any password and account or any part thereof of Yours without limitation if We reasonably believe that You have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms
